The
rules are very easy. You have to make a SPC
synth compatible with Windows which
will allow users to edit SPC files extracted from SNES ROMS. Your
software will also allow to extract
sound banks from SPC files in
order to use them to make new songs. Once your program is ready,
use the contact form and you'll be given an email address where
you will send your program. Good
